■ Human Rights Management Responsibilities
1. Human Rights Management Responsibility
The final decision-making authority regarding human rights management at Seohan Auto USA and NTN USA lies with either the CEO or the Personnel Committee involving decision-makers from relevant departments. The Personnel Committee holds the following roles and responsibilities:
– Review and decision-making on the establishment and revision of the Human Rights Charter
– Providing opinions on revisions to HR systems, employment rules, audit standards and other related internal regulations
– Conducting human rights risk assessments and recommending action items based on results
– Directing investigations into human rights violation cases and deliberating on corrective measures
– Other matters deemed necessary for human rights protection
2. Operation of Dedicated Department for Human Rights Management Implementation
Seohan Auto USA and NTN USA establish and operate a dedicated department responsible for human rights management to systematically implement the Human Rights Charter.
The dedicated department may perform the following tasks:
– Preparation of Human Rights Charter establishment/revision proposals
– Implementation/operation of human rights management
– Operation of human rights violation reporting channels
– Internal education and reporting, etc.

When receiving a report, the relevant department shall consider the specific characteristics of each case and discuss appropriate remedial measures.
2. Human Rights Violation Report Handling
Seohan Auto USA and NTN USA shall handle reported human rights violation cases by referencing court precedents, relevant government regulations, past internal handling practices, and industry standards, while consulting with the legal team to seek optimal solutions. For cases that significantly impact victims’ freedoms and rights or pose substantial risks to corporate reputation, remedial measures may be discussed by the Personnel Committee involving the CEO.
