Who to report to
Anyone can make a report through the Ethics and Human Rights Center, including all internal and external stakeholders of Seohan Auto USA and NTN USA.

Scope of reporting
Process
Reports will be handled confidentially and directly by Human Resources, including fact-finding and internal due diligence, and will be promptly addressed within [14] days of receipt, which may be extended to [60] days for compelling reasons.
*For anonymous reports, the processing time may be longer.
Right to appeal: If you disagree with the outcome of the processing, you can appeal.
Appeal period: “Within 30 days” from the date you are notified of the outcome or the date the decision appears to be made
How to file an appeal: In writing, including the information on the application form below.
1) Applicant’s name, social security number and address For legal entities and organizations, the name and location of the office or place of business and the name of the representative
2) Whether or not the claimant has received a notice of the contents of the decision on whether or not to disclose the information that is the subject of the appeal and the result of the appeal decision: The Company shall decide whether to accept or reject the appeal within “7 days” from the date of receipt of the appeal and notify the claimant of the result in writing without delay. If the Company decides to reject or dismiss the appeal, the Company shall notify the claimant that he/she may file an administrative appeal or administrative lawsuit together with the notice of the result, and shall specify the reason for the decision, the method of appeal, and the procedure for appeal.
